Small caliber cellulose casings. They are usually used in the production of hot dogs, mini salami, sausages, and cocktail sausages. They are offered in the form of ready-to-use bars. The casing is designed to work both on the most modern, high-performance, automatic filling lines and on manual stuffers. Small caliber cellulose casings combine high flexibility and caliber stability. They are permeable to odors and dyes during the smoking process, but do not let other unwanted odors in. Thanks to their excellent collectability, we guarantee a trouble-free production process on an industrial scale.

Large caliber cellulose casings. A group of cellulose casings with large diameters and varying degrees of flexibility. They are designed mainly with the idea in mind about giving the products regular or oval and cylindrical shapes. The casings are characterized by high transparency, glossy surface and easy printing. They are offered in rolls and in the form of crinkled ready-to-use bars.
• Spreadable sausages made of raw meat, smoked and non-smoked products, molded and matured products (among others - boneless hams, boneless pork neck, Canadian bacon, shoulder ham).
• Permeability to smoke and water vapor, smooth shiny surface, giving finished products an attractive appearance, high transparency, flexibility of individual casings adapted to product types, barrier to microorganisms.

Varieties of large-caliber cellulose casings:
Low elasticity, 36 to 82 mm caliber.
Casing with particularly high elasticity, used in oval products, eg Italian mortadels, steamed and smoked oval sausages, caliber 67 to 115 mm.
Casing with high flexibility and at the same time a large caliber of 87 to 244 mm, used in the largest mortadella
It is characterized not only by high flexibility during stuffing, but also by the ability to shrink during further technological process. This feature is extremely useful in the production of products with relatively high weight loss - the casing adheres exactly to the product at any time during the drying phase. Diameter from 87 to 211 mm.
