ADHESIVES PADS FOR MEAT AND POULTRY

Adhesive pads provide a combination of strength and flexibility to maximize the shelf life of vacuum-packed meat and poultry while offering a very sticky surface that adheres to the product during transport etc. Adjacent pads are impregnated with a waxed fabric combining excellent strength with ease of use and a wide variety of species. to reduce leakage from sharp bones. The pads are available in rolls, perforated or in sheets.

very strong, very high level of puncture resistance and highly mouldable, used for heavy applications such as beef loins, standing ribs, lamb loins and square cut shoulders

TKVS2

strong, high level of puncture resistance lightly mouldable, used for products such as carvery ribs and/or bone-in shins

strong, medium level of puncture resistance lightly mouldable, used for products such as carvery ribs, bone-in shins. H bones and French racks

BONE SHAFT COVER FOR MEAT AND POULTRY

The bone shaft caps are designed to fit the bone, preventing potentially sharp bones from entering the outer package during the vacuum packing process. The caps are not rigidly formed caps, they are instead made in the form of pouches of a very resilient film with a high thickness which gives them a certain degree of flexibility. This means that it is less likely to fall off during the vacuum process or when the package is opened. The attachments are available in a variety of sizes and widths, including lamb stand caps, extended shank caps, and large shank attachments. • Flexible foil provides excellent packaging protection and prevents bone from piercing • Wider pouches available for use with lamb and other larger applications • Very economical pin solution
